PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin ampule container having a plug body portion reliably prevented from being broken by vibration or impact inevitably applied in merchandise distribution without increasing the used amount of material required for the production of the container.SOLUTION: A synthetic resin ampule container includes: a container body 1 having a storage space for storing the content and a plug body portion 2 integrally connected to the projecting end of a neck portion 1c of the container body 1 and hermetically holding the storage space M of the container body 1, wherein the plug body portion 2 is tilted and bent starting from a predetermined broken portion 3 provided between the container body and the plug body, the predetermined broken portion 3 is broken, and the mouth portion of the container body 1 is opened. In the synthetic resin ampule container, an overcap 4 is provided for covering the plug body portion 2, and removably engaging a thread portion n formed on the outside surface of the neck portion 1c of the container body 1. The neck portion 1c of the container body 1 is provided with a sealing band 5 non-removably enclosing the neck portion 1c, and separably connected to the lower end of the overcap 4 through a thin connecting piece 6.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】商品の流通過程で不可避的に付加される振動や衝撃に起因した栓体部の破損を容器の製造に必要な原料の使用量を増加させることなしに確実に防止できる合成樹脂製アンプル容器を提案する。【解決手段】 内容物を収納する収納空間を有する容器本体1と、この容器本体1の口頚部1cの突端に一体的につながり該容器本体1の収納空間Mを密閉状態に保持する栓体部2とを備え、その相互間に設けられた破断予定部3を起点とする該栓体部2の傾倒、折り曲げにて該破断予定部3を破断して該容器本体1の口部を開放する合成樹脂製アンプル容器において、栓体部2を覆い隠し前記容器本体1の口頚部1cの外側面に形成されたねじ部nに着脱自在に連係するオーバーキャップ4を設ける。そして、前記容器本体1の口頚部1cに、該口頚部1cを抜け出し不能に取り囲むとともに、前記オーバーキャップ4の下端に薄肉連結片6を介して切り離し可能に連結する封印バンド5を設ける。【選択図】図1
