The medical appliance operation support device includes position information acquisition means, state specification means, next operation prediction means, voice command conversion means, and voice command presentation means. The position information acquisition means acquires the position information of one of the analyte and the operator and the position information of the medical appliance. The state specification means specifies the medical practice state on the basis of each of the pieces of position information. The next operation predication means predicts the next operation on the basis of the specified medical practice state. The voice command conversion means converts the predicted next operation into the voice command.
