PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical apparatus operation system designed to cause each medical apparatus not to accept operations from a plurality of users, in other words, to accept only an operation from a specific user even when operation regions of the plurality of medical apparatuses overlap each other.SOLUTION: A medical apparatus operation system is a system in which a plurality of medical apparatuses and a server device having storage means for storing a plurality of user information items where user identification information, operation device identification information and user identification specific information correspond to one another, are linked so as to communicate with one another. When each of the medical apparatuses accepts input of the user identification specific information in response to the operation by the user, the apparatus acquires the user identification information corresponding to the user identification specific information the input of which is accepted.
