PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical device and a medical system which, even when an elongated flexible medical member is replaced during a procedure, can restrain the procedure from becoming complicated.SOLUTION: A medical device 200 comprises: an elongated flexible main body 211； a medical member 210 insertable into a blood vessel； and a housing 220 for holding the medical member 210.
