The present invention relates to a medical appliance which has a tube of which a distal end can be deflected in two directions. The objective of the present invention is to provide a handle for medical appliance capable of canceling out a tensile force acting on a wire not being subjected to a pulling operation, from among two wires which are constituents of the medical appliance, and with which slackness is not generated in said wire.
