The flexible wiring board 10 includes: an element mounting pat 11 mounting the imaging element 4； and a rear piece part 12 which is bent in a bent part 10A only in one end part 11b from both end parts 11c and 11d in a longitudinal direction L of the element mounting pat 11, and extended to a side opposite to the imaging element 4. The element mounting pat 11 includes a mounting surface 11a that is a surface crossed with an axial line direction of a tip of the electric cable 1 and mounts the imaging element 4.
