PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporter-like implement to be attached to legs for a user to easily perform external rotating training for hip joints for correcting the bow-legs or knock-knees by himself/herself without requiring cost or attaching or carrying the implement or requiring a wide space, in order to solve the following conventional problems: many stretch exercises need to be continued for a long period of time, and dedicated machines or treatment by specialists are required to correct the bow-legs or knock-knees.SOLUTION: The implement includes a cylindrical supporter-like body with slits, etc. for inserting a belt, and a flat and elastic belt made of rubber, etc. obliquely inserted into the implement. The symmetrical right and left implements are used as a pair. Feet are inserted into the supporter-like body portions. Each rubber-like elastic belt is hooked on the first toe of the foot on the opposite side. As the user opens toes in a fan shape with the both heels as fulcrums, the hip joints are guided in external rotating directions, thereby correcting the bow-legs or knock-knees.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 O脚やX脚を矯正するには従来は覚えきれないほど多くのストレッチ運動を長期間続けなければならなかったり、専門の矯正のマシンを利用したり、専門家の施術を受けたりしなければならなかった。本発明はコストがかからず且つ装着の煩わしさも持ち運びの煩わしさもなく、場所もとらず、独力で、簡単に、O脚やX脚を矯正するための股関節の外旋トレーニングを行うための、足に装着するサポーター様の用具を提供する。【解決手段】 円筒状のサポーター様の本体に対しベルト通し用の切込みなどを設けてゴムなどの伸縮性のある扁平状のベルトを斜めに通した用具を左右対称に1対とし、それぞれ本体サポーター部分に足を入れ、ゴム様の伸縮ベルトを反対側の足の母趾に引っ掛けて、両足の踵を支点として足先を扇状に開く運動を行うことで股関節を外旋方向へと導き、O脚やX脚を矯正することのできる用具。【選択図】図1
