PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper capable of improving air permeability and a production method thereof.SOLUTION: A disposable diaper comprises: external bodies 12F, 12R； and an absorber body 16 comprising end part regions 16A on both end parts in a cross direction Y and forming a crotch part. The first and second external bodies have an elastic member 15U extending in a girth direction and extending and shrinking. The external bodies 12F, 12R have an inside elastic part 27 formed by sandwiching the elastic member 15U extending in the girth direction X and extending and shrinking, by the sheet, and positioned closer to a skin side than the absorber body 16, and an outside sheet part 26 facing the inside elastic part 27 and adhered on outside of the absorber body 16.
