PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To meet the demands for a system which enables to create complicated-shape products giving emulsions of excellent cosmetic benefits easily (without using any special equipment) and quickly (in fewer steps), and equivalent to commercially available conventional ready-made cosmetics.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a kit for formulating an emulsion cosmetic comprising a composition A containing at least one oil and at least one gelling agent in the form dispersed in an organic solvent or an aqueous solvent and containing less than 10 mass% water and an aqueous composition B, wherein the compositions A and B are packaged separately from each other.
