PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet cosmetic for removing makeup, which has no irritation to the skin and eye mucosa and simply removes makeup only by lightly wiping off without rubbing with force.SOLUTION: The sheet cosmetic for removing makeup is obtained by impregnating a nonwoven fabric composed of at least two kinds selected from the group consisting of pulp, rayon, cotton, polyethylene, polypropylene and polyethylene terephthalate with an aqueous composition comprising water, a polyoxyethylene (caprylic/capric acid) glyceryl and/or polyoxyethylene glyceryl cocoate.
