PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid cosmetic composition in view of the following facts: Heretofore, as a dispersant of an aqueous eyeliner colorant, a hydrophilic nonionic surfactant, such as polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, or an anionic surfactant, such as sodium lauryl sulfate or sodium dioctyl sulfosuccinate, is frequently used, but it has insufficient dispersion power, poor dispersion stability over a long period, and short writing distance, causing clogging, blurring in use, irritability to skin and eye mucosa, bleeding of coating part, insufficient water resistance of the coated part.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a novel makeup cosmetic composition in which a cyclic peptide is used as a colorant dispersant. In other words, the composition is provided as a result of finding out that a liquid cosmetic composition comprising a cyclic peptide, such as surfactin sodium, shows a large dispersing power of a coloring agent, good dispersion stability over a long period of time, an ability to discharge the contents of a container stably over a long period even if the container is turned upward, sideways, and downward, and a long writing distance.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】 水性アイライナーの着色剤の分散剤としては、従来、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル等親水性の非イオン性界面活性剤、ラウリル硫酸ナトリウムやジオクチルスルホコハク酸ナトリウム等のアニオン界面活性剤が多く用いられているが、分散力が不十分、長期にわたる分散安定性が不良、筆記距離が短く、その結果として、目詰まりや、使用時に掠れが生じ、 皮膚や眼粘膜などに対する刺激性、塗布部に滲みが生じたり、塗布部の耐水性が十分でない。【解決手段】 サーファクチンナトリウムなどの環状ぺプチドを配合した液体化粧料組成物が 着色剤の分散力が大きいこと、又、長期にわたって分散安定性が良好であること、容器を上向き、横向き、下向きにしても長期にわたって安定に中身を吐出することができること、筆記距離が長いことを見出し、環状ペプチドを着色剤の分散剤として用いた新規のメイクアップ化粧料組成物を提供する。【選択図】なし
