PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple medicine cassette capable of reducing impact on medicines remaining after delivering head-end medicines even if the cassette is vertical accommodating type.SOLUTION: The cassette has a structure in which notches 16a for allowing push-out members 23 to pass when the push-out members 23 are in rotation are formed on an inner bottom 16 of an alignment accommodating section, and each push-out member 23 employs a spiral member spirally protruding from a support shaft 22 in the outer circumferential direction and simply increasing its spiral radius from the outer circumferential surface 23d of the near-center portion close to the support shaft 22 to the outer circumferential surface 23b of the far-center portion close to a front end 23a. When the support shaft 22 is pivotally rotated, the front end 23a of the push-out member 23 pops up from the inner bottom 16 accordingly, and abuts to the lowermost one of the medicines 6 to laterally forward it, and the subsequent one of the medicines 6 on the inner bottom 16 is temporarily supported until the outer circumferential surfaces 23b-23d of the push-out members 23 come under the inner bottom 16.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】縦収納型でも先頭薬品類の排出後に残った薬品類に掛かる衝撃が小さくて済む薬品類カセットを簡便に実現する。【解決手段】押出部材23の回転運動時に押出部材23を通過させる切欠16aを整列収納部の内底部16に形成し、支軸22から外周方向へ渦巻状に突き出ていて支軸22寄りの近心部外周面23dから先端部23a寄りの遠心部外周面23bにかけて単調に渦巻半径を増す渦巻状部材を押出部材23に採用し、支軸22が軸回転させられるとそれに伴って押出部材23の先端部23aが内底部16の上に出て薬品類6のうち最下のものに当接して横送りするとともに薬品類6のうち次に内底部16の上に来るものを押出部材23の外周面23b~23dが内底部16の下になるまで暫時は下支えするようにする。【選択図】 図1
