PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine storage device capable of improving workability of medicine replenishing work.SOLUTION: A cassette, held on a cassette holding shelf in a manner to be able to reciprocate in a storage direction, stores a plurality of medicines along the storage direction, and includes a pushing member provided on the other side of the storage direction with respect to the row of the medicines formed by the plurality of the medicines, so that the plurality of medicines are biased to one side of the storage direction, and a holding member for disengageably holding the pushing member.
