CONSTITUTION: An acupuncture apparatus for the medical treatment comprises the following: a fixed body(110) including a spring locking piece on the upper side； a rotation guiding protrusion(140) protruded from one side of a sliding groove； a variable body(150) including hanging pieces on both inner sides； a spring located in between the fixed body and the variable body； a needle plate fixing board(160) with a jamming protrusion； a needle plate(190) combined with the needle plate fixing board； a rotary wing(170) corresponding to the rotation guiding protrusion； a reverse rotary shaft(180) formed on the center of the rotary wing； a drug padder holder formed on the upper side of the fixed body； and a drug padder(220).본 발명은 하부는 개방되고 상부는 폐쇄되어 있으며, 양측에는 슬라이드딩홈이 형성되고, 상단에는 스프링걸림구가 형성된 고정체, 상기 슬라이딩홈의 일측에 돌출되어 형성하는 회전안내돌부, 상기 고정체 위에 포개어 조립되고 내부 양측에는 걸림구가 형성된 가변체, 상기 고정체와 가변체 사이에 설치되는 스프링, 상기 고정체 내부에 조립되고, 양단에는 슬라이딩홈에 삽입되는 걸림돌기가 형성되고, 상기 걸림돌기는 가이드홈을 통하여 걸림구에 회전가능하게 결합되는 침판고정판, 상기 침판고정판에 결합되고 전면에는 다수의 미세침이 형성된 침판, 상기 침판고정판의 양측에 걸림돌기의 좌우로 이웃하여 상기 회전안내돌부에 대응되어 형성하는 회전날개, 상기 회전날개의 중심에 형성되고 슬라이딩홈의 길이 방향으로 돌출되는 역회전축, 상기 슬라이딩홈의 선단에서 일정거리 이격된 고정체의 상부에 형성되는 약물패더홀, 상기 약물패더홀에 삽입되는 흡습성의 약물패더를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 침술장치에 관한 것이다.
