PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical treatment implement which provides an outstanding degree of freedom in terms of procedure and allows repeated piercing of a trocar.SOLUTION: This medical treatment implement is provided with: a tubular retractor body which indwells in an incision wound； and a converter 20 which closes an open end portion at the upper end of the retractor body and which can be punctured by a trocar. The converter 20 includes: a ring-shaped frame portion 22 fitted detachably to the open end portion； and a sheet portion 21 which is fitted to the inside of the frame portion 22 and hermetically covers the open end portion.
