FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to syringe devices with passive (automatic) locking mechanism. Syringe includes cylinder, elongated piston rod and locking part with proximal end and distal end. Cylinder has cylindrical lateral wall with internal surface, forming chamber for holding flowing medium, in which there is passage for flowing medium into chamber. lateral wall includes fillet, adjoining proximal end, and sloping section, passing longitudinally in axial direction from fillet towards proximal end, in such a way that cylinder diameter increases along sloping section in direction from fillet to proximal end. Elongated piston rod has proximal end, distal end and main case, passing between proximal and distal ends. Piston rod can travel in chamber in distal and proximal directions. Proximal end of piston rod includes push part. Distal end of rod includes connective part for connection of locking part. Flexible projection, with diameter larger that diameter of cylinder on filler section, is located between push part and piston rod case. Piston rod additionally includes, at least, one destructible part, containing narrowed destructible connection on proximal end of piston rod. Locking part is connected with connective part of piston rod with possibility of travel with respect to connective part in proximal and distal directions on specified axial distance in such a way that when distal end of locking part is in contact with distal wall of cylinder, said projection can be moved in distal direction beyond fillet in cylinder and blocks piston rod in cylinder to prevent possibility of syringe re-usage.
