[Problem] Provided is a sesame-containing acidic liquid condiment that remains rich in the characteristic aroma of sesame even after being stored for a long period of time. [Solution] A sesame-containing acidic liquid condiment containing 0.1-1% acetic acid, wherein when solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography is used to measure the aroma components of said condiment, the following conditions are satisfied: (a) the area of the peak for 2-methylthiophene is 0.0001 to 0.01 times the area of the peak for acetic acid and (b) the area of the peak for 2-((methyldithio)methyl)furan is 0.00001 to 0.001 times the area of the peak for acetic acid.Linvention a pour objet un condiment liquide acide contenant du sésame qui reste riche en arôme caractéristique de sésame même après avoir été stocké pendant longtemps.
