The present invention relates to a method and device for the hypothermic perfusion of a cardiac organ. According to the invention, the infusion device comprises: a. a first sealed tank (2) that is capable of containing a physiological liquid (LP) b. a second sealed tank (3) that is in communication, in a sealed manner, with the inner space of the first tank by means of a nozzle (6) c. a means for refrigerating the first tank (2) and keeping it at a substantially constant temperature and d. a means (4) for intermittently pressurizing the inner space of the first tank.
