The present invention relates to a method of preparing a composition for preventing, alleviating or treating hair loss； and to a composition for preventing, alleviating or treating hair loss prepared by the method. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: (a) preparing a medicinal mixture including laver, Polygoni multiflori Radix, and green tea leaves； (b) extracting the mixture with hot water or an alcohol to prepare a medicinal extract； and (c) after cooling the medicinal extract, adding 1-5 parts by weight of honey and 0.5-3 parts by weight of salt with respect to 100 parts by weight of the medicinal extract. Accordingly, the composition for preventing, alleviating or treating hair loss of the present invention is substantially non-toxic for application to a scalp by using substances that can be also used for food consumption, such as medicinal herbs, fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and bone broth； can prevent, alleviate or treat hair loss by activating scalp tissues； and can further thicken grown hairs by supplying nutrients thereto.본 발명은 (a) 김, 하수오, 녹차잎 등을 포함하는 약재 혼합물을 제조하는 단계； (b) 혼합물을 열수 또는 알코올 추출하여 약재 추출물을 제조하는 단계； 및 (c) 약재 추출물을 식힌 후, 상기 약재 추출물 100중량부에 대하여, 꿀 1 내지 5중량부； 및 소금 0.5 내지 3 중량부；를 첨가하는 단계；를 포함하는 탈모 예방, 개선 또는 치료용 조성물의 제조방법 및 그 방법에 따라 제조된 탈모 예방, 개선 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 이에 의하여, 본 발명의 탈모 예방, 개선 또는 치료용 조성물은 식용으로도 사용할 수 있는 한약재, 과일, 채소, 유제품, 사골 등을 재료로 함으로써 두피에 도포시 유해성이 거의 없고, 두피 조직을 활성화시켜 탈모증을 예방, 개선 또는 치료할 수 있으며, 나아가 자라난 모발에 영양을 주어 모발이 굵어지게 할 수 있다.
