The lock release actuator (66) is configured to be coupled to the frame (34) to simultaneously unlock both the vertical and horizontal rotation locks(42, 50). The limb support (12, 14) includes a stowable leg support (12, 14) configured to provide support to the leg of a patient during obstetric delivery.
