PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems wherein, when an amateur grows plants such as vegetables in a pot or a planter, daily maintenance such as periodical watering, fertilizer spraying, exterminating harmful insects, and warmth keeping in cold season is troublesome, successful cultivation is difficult, and further various ideas are needed for effectively using space while considering average sunshine in growing the plants in a small space such as a city dwelling house or the like. SOLUTION: A water level controllable water keeping tray 4 is provided at each stage in a vertical multi-stage three-dimensional structure frame 1 surrounded by a transparent top plate 3 and a transparent side cover 2. Water and liquid fertilizer are periodically circulated and supplied from the water keeping tray 4 at the uppermost stage to the lower stages by a water storage tank 5 installed at the base using a circulating pump 6 driven by electric power generated by a solar panel 11.
