PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in paper making residue, reuse of the paper making residue as a plant culture medium is considered, however, paper making sludge is formed of cellulose fiber mainly, so that, as it is, generation of bacteria cannot be suppressed, and for plant, the medium is in a nitrogen starvation state, on the other hand, for complete carbonization, much energy is required and actual use is inhibited in aspect of cost.SOLUTION: The medium for plant culture comprises paper making residue and charcoal, and is formed into a pellet form, and inside of the medium for plant culture is a rice hull charcoal, in the medium for plant culture, charcoal included therein generates heat by self-heating, so that, inside of the medium for plant culture is made into a rice hull charcoal with low heat quantity, and bacteria are less likely to be generated inside.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】製紙残渣は、植物栽培用培地としての再利用が検討されている。しかし、製紙スラッジはセルロース繊維を主成分とするため、そのままでは、細菌の発生が抑えられず、植物にとっては、窒素飢餓状態の培地となる。一方、完全に炭化させるには、多くのエネルギーが必要となり、コスト的に実用化を阻害する。【解決手段】製紙残渣と炭を含みペレット状に形成され、内部が燻炭化されている植物栽培用培地は、内部の炭が自己発熱するため、低い熱量で内部まで燻炭化され、内部に細菌などが発生しにくい。【選択図】なし
