To provide an apparatus (1) for X-ray imaging that comprises at least one X-ray photon source (2) at least one X–ray detector (3) in fixed position with regard to each X-ray photon source (2) and an image construction unit, and to provide a method (9) for X-ray imaging that comprises the steps of activating at least one X-ray photon source (2) detecting said X-ray photons scattered by an object (5) and constructing an image of said object (5) that has higher spatial accuracy, it is suggested that the time elapsed between emission and detection of said X-ray photons be computed using a computing means.FIG-1
