The present invention pertains to: a packaged unfermented beverage which contains a sweetener and at least one compound selected from the group consisting of xanthohumol and isoxanthohumol, and in which the content of xanthohumol or isoxanthohumol is at least 6 ppm by mass, and the sweetness derived from the sweetener is 0.2-14 in terms of sucrose equivalence; and a production method therefor.
