The present invention relates to a splint for compressive cryotherapy treatment of a shoulder joint of a patient having undergone surgery. The splint according to the invention is essentially characterized by the fact that it comprises a strip 10 in the form of a "racket" with axis of symmetry Axs, the strip being able to deform to take the form of a chute capable of surround the shoulder joint Epa and part of the forearm Avb, the chute having essentially two consecutive portions 11, 12, namely a portion 11 adapted to surround the shoulder joint Epa and having a breakthrough 111, and a portion 12 secured to the portion 11 by a common edge portion 1112, the second portion being adapted to surround the top of the forearm Avb adjacent to the joint, a cutout 20 connecting the breakthrough 111 to edge of the portion 11 and being delimited by two borders 21, 22, and closing / catchable closing means 30 for interconnecting these two edges. La présente invention concerne une attelle pour traitement par cryothérapie compressive d'une articulation d'épaule d'un patient ayant subi une opération chirurgicale. L'attelle selon l'invention se caractérise essentiellement par le fait qu'elle comporte une bande 10 en forme de "raquette" d'axe de symétrie Axs, la bande étant apte à se déformer pour prendre la forme d'une goulotte apte à entourer l'articulation de l'épaule Epa et une partie de l'avant-bras Avb, la goulotte comportant essentiellement deux parties consécutives 11, 12, à savoir une partie 11 apte à entourer l'articulation de l'épaule Epa et comportant une percée 111, et une partie 12 solidaire de la partie 11 par une portion de bord commune 1112, cette seconde partie étant apte à entourer le haut de l'avant-bras Avb contigu à l'articulation, une découpe 20 reliant la percée 111 au bord de la partie 11 et étant délimitée par deux bordures 21, 22, et des moyens de fermeture accrochables/décrochables 30 pour relier entre elles ces deux bordures.
