An irradiation system that irradiates an eye to be inspected with light emitted from a light source, and a light intensity detection system that receives at least a part of the light emitted from the light source and detects the intensity of the light. When the light intensity can be changed, a light intensity detection system that detects the light intensity at least every time the light intensity is changed, and an irradiation that continuously measures the integrated irradiation time of the light to the eye to be inspected. It is provided with a time measuring unit and an irradiation light amount estimation unit that continuously estimates the irradiation light amount of the light irradiated to the eye to be inspected based on the detection result of the light intensity detection system and the measurement result of the irradiation time measuring unit.
