PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following inconveniences: a conventional anti-frosting method is implemented by a system of adequately controlling a warm air heater/air blower with reference to a set temperature to be maintained around produce for preventing frosting damage, and an actual temperature around the produce, but the method is not effective because the method does not take into consideration a growing environment of the produce, natural durability necessary for the produce itself, etc., includes a problem of losing the characteristics of the produce due to overprotective cultivation, and faces global environmental destruction etc. by generation of exhaust gas caused by operation of the warm air heater. SOLUTION: There is provided a new air blowing method for blowing air to produce by using an anti-frosting fan. According to the method, low-height first and second sensors are set in a farm field at a location where the produce is most susceptible to frosting damage, and the low-height second sensor is set at a location where air from the anti-frosting fan is blown. Herein, when a difference between temperatures detected by the low-height first and second sensors is equal to or more than a predetermined value, the anti-frosting fan set in the farm field is terminated to stop blowing cold air, to thereby protect the produce from chilling injury.
