PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extensible substrate with conductivity which has extensibility, and has a part whose shape is hard to change even when the extensible substrate is extended.SOLUTION: An extensible organic substrate with conductivity is a sheet-like organic substrate with extensibility whose difficult extension part is partially and integrally formed in an extensible base material, the sheet-like organic substrate contains conductive materials, and/or has a conductive layer at least on one side of the sheet-like organic substrate. As the conductive materials, it is preferable to use one or more kinds to be selected from carbon system conductive filler, metal system conductive filler, a conductive polymer, a surface active agent, a hydrophilic compound, a hydrophilic polymer and ionic liquid.【課題】 伸長性を有するとともに、伸長させても形状が変化しにくい部位を有する導電性を備えた伸長性基材を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明の導電性を有する伸長性有機基材は、伸長性母材中に難伸長部が部分的に且つ一体的に形成されている伸長性を有するシート状有機基材であって、該シート状有機基材が導電性物質を含有している、及び／又は該シート状有機基材の少なくとも片面に導電性層を有している。前記導電性物質としては、カーボン系導電性フィラー、金属系導電性フィラー、導電性ポリマー、界面活性剤、親水性化合物、親水性ポリマー及びイオン性液体から選択される１種以上を使用することが好ましい。【選択図】 図１
