Present invention is related to an intelligent moisture absorption and detecting material and moisture controlling system thereof. The intelligent moisture absorbing and detecting material has a substrate with flexible, tensile, and compression functions and at least two conductive lines adhering to a surface of the substrate. The conductive line is made of numerous conductive units to make the conductive line being non-solid but still keep electrical conductive state. By structural/ pattern design, the present invention is able to overcome the bad extensibility, easy to crack, higher material cost, extend storage and usage time of the conventional method without affecting the conductivity.
