PURPOSE: A chestnut skin stripper capable of removing the inner skin from chestnut is provided to improve the peeling efficiency of the chestnut unit citric acid. CONSTITUTION: A chestnut skin stripper includes a chestnut input port and a chestnut outlet port(12). An external drum(20) is installed on the inside of a cabinet. A power motor(30) for penetrating a rotary shaft through the external drum. An inner drum discharges chestnut through the chestnut outlet port after removing the inner skin.
