A tendon stripper is disclosed in the present invention including a stripping component and a shaft. The striping component includes a ring assembly and at least an engagement component connected to the ring assembly. The ring assembly includes a blade portion and a separating portion which separates the ring into several parts. The shaft includes a handling end and an engagement end opposite to the handling end for engaging to the engagement component. Due to the arrangement of the separating portion, the ring is separated into a first section and a second section which jointly form the ring assembly and accommodate a tendon within the ring assembly. As such, the number of cut is reduced, thus preventing the complication caused by the surgery.
