This inventive process is based on the use of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) which, added to organic matter, destroys the anaerobic bacterioflora, consequently resulting in the destruction of any unpleasant odour and, moreover, makes it possible to stabilise the pH at around neutrality. The second stage consists in the fact that the product obtained, mixed with various components, results in a product which can be used in the farm-produce industry or in a product which can be used as fertiliser enrichment. A third stage can be envisaged by addition of supplementary components thus resulting in a product of high farm-produce quality, or in a fertiliser of high biological value. Finally, the final product is dried so that it can be stored and marketed.
