PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydroxyapatite derivative particle group consisting of hydroxyapatite derivative particles having mild antimicrobial properties exerting little adverse effect on a healthy tissue while maintaining excellent biocompatibility, adhesion or adhesiveness to a biological tissue, and a function of HAp such as low biodegradable absorption.SOLUTION: As an antimicrobial material, a hydroxyapatite derivative particle group is used that consists of antimicrobial hydroxyapatite derivative particles where at least a part of calcium ions in a crystal structure of hydroxyapatite are substituted with silver ions, or antimicrobial hydroxyapatite derivative particles where at least a part of hydroxide ions in a crystal structure of hydroxyapatite are substituted with fluoride ions.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】優れた生体適合性、生体組織に対する密着性あるいは接着性、低い生体分解吸収性等のHApの機能を維持したまま、健全な組織に悪影響を殆ど与えることのないマイルドな抗菌性を有するハイドロキシアパタイト誘導体粒子からなるハイドロキシアパタイト誘導体粒子群を提供する。【解決手段】抗菌材料として、ハイドロキシアパタイトの結晶構造中のカルシウムイオンの少なくとも一部が銀イオンに置換された抗菌性ハイドロキシアパタイト誘導体粒子、又は、ハイドロキシアパタイトの結晶構造中の水酸化物イオンの少なくとも一部がフッ化物イオンに置換された抗菌性ハイドロキシアパタイト誘導体粒子からなるハイドロキシアパタイト誘導体粒子群を使用する。【選択図】なし
