PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately display an X-ray image that guarantees visibility of an apparatus for treatment when performing treatment conducted by referring to the X-ray image.SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes an image generation section, a feature point location detection section, a correction image generation section, an addition correction image generation section, and a display control section. The addition correction image generation section generates an addition correction image in which a correction image sequentially generated by the correction image generation section and at least one correction image generated before the above correction image are added. The display control section displays a moving image in a display section by sequentially displaying the addition correction image each time an addition correction image is newly generated by the addition correction image generation section. The feature point location detection section detects a feature point in an area of interest on an X-ray image set based on an operation of an operator, and the display control section executes fixed moving image display control for a stent that moves by a pulsation in real time by causing the addition correction image to be sequentially displayed.【課題】Ｘ線画像を参照して行なわれる治療実行時に、治療用機器の視認性を保証したＸ線画像を即時に表示すること。【解決手段】実施形態に係るＸ線診断装置は、画像生成部と、特徴点位置検出部と、補正画像生成部と、加算補正画像生成部と、表示制御部とを備える。加算補正画像生成部は、補正画像生成部によって順次生成された補正画像と該補正画像より前に生成された少なくとも１枚の補正画像とが加算された加算補正画像を生成する。表示制御部は、加算補正画像生成部によって加算補正画像が新規に生成されるごとに該加算補正画像を順次表示することによって、表示部に動画表示を行なう。特徴点位置検出部は、操作者による操作に基づき設定されたＸ線画像上の関心領域において特徴点を検出し、表示制御部は、加算補正画像を順次表示させることによって、拍動によって動くステントをリアルタイムで固定動画表示制御する。【選択図】図３
