PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus that creates a stereoscopic road map image in a short time.SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus 1 includes a support machine, a generation part, a correction part, and a display control part. The support machine supports an X-ray tube 11 and an X-ray detector 12 for detecting an X-ray irradiated from the X-ray tube 11. In the presence of a contrast medium, the generation part generates a first image from an X-ray signal collected a time point when the support machine is positioned at a first angle, and generates a second image from the X-ray signal collected at a time point when the support machine is positioned at a second angle. The correction part corrects at least one of the first image and the second image based on a difference between the first image and the second image.
