A method for producing biocompatible cornea according to the present invention comprises the steps of: cutting and providing cornea from histogen adding an extracellular matrix of the provided cornea in refined water including charcoal, and performing decellularization of the same for a particular period of time and post-treating the extracellular matrix of the treated cornea by agitating the same in a hypotonic solution. According to the method of the present invention, charcoal is used as a decellularization treating agent for cornea, so tissue which is identical to an extracellular matrix of original cornea can be regenerated.
