PURPOSE: A method for cultivating sprout of wood-cultivated ginseng is provided to cultivate ginseng regardless of season. CONSTITUTION: A method for cultivating sprout wood-cultivated ginseng comprises: a step of mixing 65-75 weight% of leaf mold and 25-35 weight% of granite soil； a step of seeding seed； and a step of cultivating in a greenhouse. The mixture soil further contains 3-5.5 weight parts of activated soil based on 100.0 of mixture soil.본 발명은 산양삼의 뿌리와 같은 약리적 효능을 갖는 산양삼 새싹의 재배방법에 관한 것으로, 부엽토 65~75중량%와 마사토 25~35중량%를 혼합하여 제조된 혼합토에 산양삼의 종삼을 심어 비닐하우스 안에서 재배하는 것을 특징으로 하여 계절에 관계없이 산양삼의 재배가 가능하고, 빠른 시일 내에 산양삼 새싹의 수확이 가능하다는 효과를 갖는다.
