PURPOSE: A vehicle containing 30K protein for introducing foreign substances into cells is provided to enhance cell activity without cytotoxicity. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle contains 30K protein to introduce a foreign substance into cells. The 30K protein has a sequence selected from sequence numbers 1-5. The foreign substance is bound to N-terminal or C-terminal. The 30K protein is obtained from silkworm fluid. A method for introducing the foreign protein into cells comprises: a step of inserting genes of 30K protein and foreign protein into a vector to obtain a plasmid; a step of transforming a host cell with the plasmid; a step of culturing the transformed cells and isolating fusion proteins with 30K protein and foreign protein; and a step of contacting the fusion protein with cells.
