PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a medical pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet, capable of relatively easily forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on a porous substrate by a direct transfer method by using a water dispersion-type copolymer solution having a specific composition.SOLUTION: The method includes: a step of adding, to 100 pts.wt. of a monomer mixture containing a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester as a main component monomer and containing 0.1 to 10 wt.% of a carboxyl group-containing monomer, 0.005 to 0.05 pt.wt. of a copolymerizable silane-based monomer to prepare a monomer mixture for emulsion polymerization a step of adding an aqueous medium and an emulsifier to the monomer mixture for emulsion polymerization and performing emulsion polymerization, thereby preparing a water dispersion-type copolymer solution a step of blending 20 to 60 pts.wt. of an organic liquid component to 100 pts.wt. of a solid content of the water dispersion-type copolymer solution, thereby preparing a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer-forming solution and a step of forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer obtained from the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer-forming solution on a surface of a supporting substrate to obtain a medical pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 本発明は特定の組成からなる水分散型共重合体溶液を用いることで、多孔質基材上に比較的容易に直写法で粘着剤層を形成することができる医療用粘着テープもしくはシートの製造方法に関するものである。【解決手段】 (メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルを主成分単量体とし、カルボキシル基含有単量体0.1~10重量%を含む単量体混合物100重量部に、共重合可能なシラン系単量体を0.005~0.05重量部を添加して乳化重合用単量体混合物を調製する工程、乳化重合用単量体混合物に水性媒体および乳化剤を添加して乳化重合し、水分散型共重合体溶液を調製する工程、水分散型共重合体溶液の固形分100重量部に、有機液状成分20~60重量部を配合して粘着剤層形成用溶液を調製する工程、粘着剤層形成用溶液から得た粘着剤層を支持基材面に形成して医療用粘着テープもしくはシートを得る工程からなる。【選択図】 なし
