PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a suitable frame set used for measurement from a frame array without a particular burden on an inspector.SOLUTION: A frame array analysis part 32 acquires cardiac cycle information indicating the cardiac cycle of the heart on the basis of brightness information of each frame included in the frame array acquired from the unborn childs heart being a measurement object tissue. A frame specification part 34 specifies frame sets consisting of a telediastolic frame and an end-systolic frame from the frame array on the basis of the cardiac cycle information. A display processing part 22 displays the specified frame sets side by side on a display part 24.
