PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray imaging apparatus capable of appropriately scanning a portion close to the axillary fossa and performing mammography in a supine position.SOLUTION: A scanning frame has a space part for holding the breasts of a subject placed in a supine posture on a table, and holds an X-ray generating part and an X-ray detecting part provided in facing positions with the space part placed in between. The scanning frame is configured to be rotatable with a rotating rod adjustable in delivery quantity, as a rotation axis in order to carry out scanning for collecting transmission data from the multiple directions of the breasts by turning the X-ray generating part and the X-ray detecting part around the breasts. The scanning frame is slidably supported to a support frame extended in the shoulder width direction of the subject placed in the supine posture on the table. The sliding position of the scanning frame in the support frame, the mounting angle of the scanning frame to the support frame, and the delivery quantity of the rotating rod are adjusted by an adjusting part.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 腋窩に近い部分を適切にスキャンすることができ、また、仰臥位でX線乳房撮影を行うことができるX線画像撮影装置の提供。【解決手段】 スキャンフレームは、テーブルに仰臥位で載置された被検体の乳房を収容するための空間部を有し、この空間部を挟んで相対向する位置に設けられたX線発生部とX線検出部とを保持する。スキャンフレームは、X線発生部及びX線検出部が乳房の周囲を旋回することで乳房の多方向からの透過データを収集するスキャンを行うことができるように、送り出し量を調整可能な回転ロッドを回転軸として回転可能に構成されている。このスキャンフレームは、テーブルに仰臥位で載置された被検体の肩幅方向に延在する支持フレームにスライド可能に支持される。そして、調整部により、このスキャンフレームの、支持フレームにおけるスライド位置、支持フレームに対する取付角度、回転ロッドの送り出し量が調整される。【選択図】 図1
