PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiography apparatus which appropriately scans a part near the armpit and carries out X-ray mammography while a subject is in the supine position.SOLUTION: A scan frame has a space section for receiving the breast of a subject lying on a table in the supine position and holds an X-ray generating section and an X-ray detecting section that are positioned facing each other on both sides of the space section. The scan frame is configured to rotate around a rotary rod, whose delivery amount is adjustable, using it as the rotary axis. With such a configuration, the X-ray generating section and the X-ray detecting section rotate around the breast and the scan frame can scan and collect transmission data of the breast from many directions. The scan frame is supported slidably on a support frame extending in the shoulder width direction of the subject lying on the table in the supine position. An adjusting section adjusts the sliding position and an attaching angle of the scan frame on the support frame and delivery amount of the rotary rod.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】 腋窩に近い部分を適切にスキャンすることができ、また、仰臥位でX線乳房撮影を行うことができるX線画像撮影装置の提供。【解決手段】 スキャンフレームは、テーブルに仰臥位で載置された被検体の乳房を収容するための空間部を有し、この空間部を挟んで相対向する位置に設けられたX線発生部とX線検出部とを保持する。スキャンフレームは、X線発生部及びX線検出部が乳房の周囲を旋回することで乳房の多方向からの透過データを収集するスキャンを行うことができるように、送り出し量を調整可能な回転ロッドを回転軸として回転可能に構成されている。このスキャンフレームは、テーブルに仰臥位で載置された被検体の肩幅方向に延在する支持フレームにスライド可能に支持される。そして、調整部により、このスキャンフレームの、支持フレームにおけるスライド位置、支持フレームに対する取付角度、回転ロッドの送り出し量が調整される。【選択図】 図1
