PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization apparatus, a sterilization method, and a product manufacturing method capable of eliminating the possibility of the finished product being contaminated with unsterilized liquid even if intrusion of liquid adhering to a top surface of an upper part of the tank occurs.SOLUTION: The sterilization apparatus includes a heatable and thermally insulatable tank 1 provided with nozzles 61 for injecting vapor into the inside to sterilize or disinfect a contained material 15, the sterilization apparatus sterilizing or disinfecting the contained material 15 received inside the tank 1. The nozzles 61 are arranged in a position in which the vapor can be injected relative to a space 12 between the upper part of the tank 1 and a liquid level 11 of the contained material 15, and have a pouring port 53 for pouring sterilized or disinfected conditioned water into the tank 1.
