PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking apparatus by which uniform cooking is achieved by enhancing heat transmission to a food material and a floating foreign matter on the liquid face of a heating liquid can be removed.SOLUTION: A tank 31 for storing the heating liquid W, a conveying device 10 conveying the food material in the tank 31 while dividing the material into cells, a pressing plate 22, and a pressing device 20 conveying the material in every cell while submerging the material into the heating liquid W are provided in the cooking device.
