PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam spraying apparatus in which a liquid level of a boiling tank is maintained constantly without the liquid of the boiling tank flowing backward to a liquid supply tank.SOLUTION: A steam spraying apparatus 1 includes a liquid supply tank 10 for storing liquid W, a boiling tank 20 having a spray nozzle 21, and a supply liquid path 30 for bringing the liquid supply tank 10 into communication with the boiling tank 20, in which a volume fraction of the liquid W consumed in the boiling tank 20 is supplied from the liquid supply tank 10.
