According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a spray nozzle (11) a storage tank (12) to store a chemical liquid an air supply means (13) and a supply unit (A) connected to the spray nozzle (11) through a supply pipe (24) and an air supply pipe (33) to supply the spray nozzle (11) with the chemical liquid stored in the storage tank (12) and high pressure air supplied by the air supply means (13). The spray nozzle (11) is plural in number, and has a plurality of branch parts (24a, 33a) connected to the spray nozzle (11) at the supply pipe (24) and the air supply pipe (33), thereby being connected to the spray nozzles (11) in parallel.
