PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsifier type sunscreen cosmetic which has a high ultraviolet protection effect and maintains the high ultraviolet protection effect even after a long-term storage.SOLUTION: There is provided an emulsifier type sunscreen cosmetic containing the following components A) and B): A) a free fatty acid having 14 to 24 carbon atoms and B) an ultraviolet absorbing agent.
