The present invention discloses a method of separating triterpenoid compounds from fungi and use of molecularly imprinted polymer. The method comprises: freeze drying the fruiting body of the fungi and abrading it into powder adding the powered fruiting body into a first solvent of 10%~100% and performing the extraction method at 10℃~100℃ in a first predetermined time to obtain an extract, wherein the solid-liquid ratio of the powered fruiting body and the first solvent is 1/10~1/200 g/ml adding the molecularly imprinted polymer of triterpenoid compound into the extract in a second predetermined time, so as to absorb the triterpenoid compounds in the adsorption rate of 40%~90% and adding the second solvent to separate the triterpenoid compounds and the molecularly imprinted polymer of triterpenoid compound.本發明揭露一種分子拓印聚合物用於分離真菌中之三萜類化合物之方法及用途。此方法包含:將真菌之子實體冷凍乾燥並磨成粉狀;將粉狀之子實體加入10%~100%之第一溶劑中,並於10℃~100℃之溫度下以第一預定時間進行萃取方法而獲得萃取液,其中粉狀的子實體與第一溶劑之固液比為1/10~1/200 g/ml;加入三萜類化合物分子拓印聚合物(molecularly imprinted polymer)於萃取液中第二預定時間,進而以40%~90%之吸附率吸附萃取液中之三萜類化合物;以及加入第二溶劑以使三萜類化合物與三萜類化合物分子拓印聚合物分離。S10~S40...步驟
