PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the connection of a body unit with a cuff unit unbreakable and to facilitate the connection of an air passage.SOLUTION: Engagement hooks 18 of the cuff unit M2 and engagement holes 58 of the body unit M1 are engaged by moving the body unit in the direction that intersect the connecting surface at right angles and continuously sliding it in the direction A parallel with the connecting surface, the air passage connections 31a and 40a of both units are connected.
