The present invention relates to the field of neurotrophic gene therapy and is based on genomics and nanotechnology in combination with a drug therapy, thereby promoting mitogenic, neurogenic, and neuritogenic events for the treatment of Parkinsons disease at any stage. More particularly, the invention comprises associating the systemic administration of a dopaminergic agonist D3 with BDNF gene transfection using NTS-polyplex macromolecular vector in dopaminergic neurons of the substantia nigra to promote the restoration of the nigrostriatal dopaminergic pathway in the treatment of Parkinsons disease.La presente invención pertenece al campo de la terapia génica neurotrófica y se basa en la genómica y la nanotecnología, en combinación con una terapia farmacológica que promueve eventos mitogénicos, neurogénicos y neuritogénicos para el tratamiento de la enfermedad de Párkinson en cualquier etapa en la que se encuentre. Particularmente la invención comprende asociar la administración sistémica de un agonista dopaminérgico D3 con la transfección del gen BDNF mediante el vector macromolecular NTS-poliplex en las neuronas dopaminérgicas de la substancia nigra para promover la restauración de la vía dopaminérgica nigroestriatal para el tratamiento de la enfermedad de Parkinson.
